Shop is a joke. Staff is friendly in the shop but they never called me in to get service done and lady looked me dead in the face saying I'm up next and it should be quick. Wasted my whole evening here

Drivers if you want to spent your hard earned money this is the place to blow it. I got check in to unscrew one bolt, which was 5 min tops of work, and got charged for half an hour labor for $76. Crazy

Worst experience in my life I used to like this place but at 5 am go to take a shower it’s cold. Asked for a different one being the water is Luke warm and was told they are all like that. Then employees blamed the manager about some key being locked in the office. I suggest the employees and petro ceos come here and take a cold shower what a joke. Yall have lost my business. Plus pilots have better showers sadly

TA is no longer for the drivers. Its just a cash grab at this point. 80 percent of the parking is pay. They disgust me what they have become. Been out here 30 years. They once were great! Good restaurant and service. All fast food now.
